The search for raw materials, taste and beautiful presentations characterise the dishes on the extensive menu, which ranges between sea and land (Mediterranean) with a few touches of fantasy and exotic fusion. The 4 elements of water, earth, fire and air feature not only in the menu but also in the structure, which, in addition to the large room furnished with modern taste, has a large veranda-lounge overlooking the large lawn and Lake Maggiore. The restaurant is characterised by a central tub dedicated to the green, the earth and immerses guests in nature.
